Weighed in this morning, I have lost 500 grams. So I am now 102.3kg. I am almost back to the weight that I left WW at a few months ago!!! I was hoping for a bigger loss as I did exercise a fair bit this week, but it has also been a bit of a wake up call!!! I have stuck to my points, okish! - BUT i have snacked without writing down the points or even thinking about it really.
So, it shows me that I need to get right back to basics and track everything!!!
My mini goal was to be 98kg by the end of Feb. Not sure if that is going to happen, but I might get close. My next goal the is to be 90kg before Mother's Day. I really need to stay focused for that to happen.
I have been looking through other people's blogs from WW - some people have done an amazing job and look so much better and younger after losing the weight!
